The Standard + Lower Gluten + Lactose Free diet is prepared especially for people suffering from gluten intolerance and for those who avoid consuming gluten-free food products. Our meals are prepared from natural gluten-free products such as rice (brown, wild, red), buckwheat, tapioca, quinoa, amaranth, nuts, seeds, potatoes, legumes, meat, fruits and vegetables. Despite the use of natural gluten-free products, there may be traces of gluten in these products. People with celiac disease should not choose this diet.
